The Role An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Private Sector Housing team to assist with the delivery of the Landlord Accreditation scheme, as the Landlord Accreditation Support Officer. 

We are looking for an experienced administer who will provide a customer focused and high quality administration service to support the delivery of the Landlord Accreditation scheme across the borough.

You will ideally have some experience of Private Sector Housing but enthusiasm and attention to detail is of greater importance as is a can do attitude and being a great team player.

You will deal with all enquiries from landlords and tenants and process applications, as well as updating our website and social media channels.

About You

The successful candidate will have:

  • General education to GCSE standard (or equivalent) to include math’s and English or equivalent experience
  • Good written and verbal communication skills tailored towards a range of audiences
  • Experience of working in a busy office carrying out a wide variety of functions
  • Have the ability to prioritise workload to ensure compliance with deadlines
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and other systems/application
