This is an exciting opportunity to lead the marketing team at a unique leisure facility, helping us to achieve our vision of being the centre of entertainment in Hertfordshire 

CW Entertainment (CWE) is located in the centre of Welwyn Garden City, just 25-minutes from London by train and with excellent transport links to the north and south. CWE is home to Welwyn Garden City Cinema (a three-screen miniplex), RollerCity, Soft Play City, plus a theatre and café and bar.

We are looking for an outstanding marketing professional with creative flair, an eye for detail, outstanding communication skills, and a passion for using customer insight to shape innovative and effective campaigns.

You will need to be able to demonstrate that you have the skills and experience to play an important role in developing the marketing strategies for each of our brands, and be responsible for implementing new and innovative campaigns across multiple channels to ensure all aspects of CWE achieve their performance targets. 

You will proactively line manage two members of the marketing team and be responsible for the work they undertake on a day-to-day basis, ensuring it contributes to achieving agreed outcomes while managing budgets in support of them.

You will construct, develop and implement marketing activity aimed at improving sales and income for all areas of CWE, continually evaluate and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities, and create relevant reports for the Senior Management Team including recommendations for future activity.
